Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TheRealEstateDirectory.Net, subsidiaries, affiliates, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by a third party alleging or resulting from your use of the materials or your breach of the terms of Agreement.

Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our products or services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

General

TheRealEstateDirectory.Net makes no claims that this Site and Site Content may be lawfully viewed or accessed outside of the United States.
